Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1.Payment Terms

CPJO General Trading FZCO maintains https://the-digitalbridge.com/ (“Site”).

 

•All services must be paid for upfront at the time of booking.

•This includes in-person at-home sessions, which are booked online via our website.

•We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED.

•The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will match the transaction receipt.

•The amount charged will be reflected in your card’s currency.

Exclusions: Payments via cards from the following sanctioned countries will not be accepted: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen.

2.Cancellation & Refund Policy

At-Home Parental Control Services

Our in-person service is scheduled in advance, and cancellation terms reflect the need to allocate time and resources efficiently.

•Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session: A full refund will be issued.

•Cancellations made within 48-72 hours of the appointment: Clients may reschedule, subject to availability. If a full cancellation is required, 50% of the session fee will be refunded.

•Cancellations within 48 hours of the service: The session is non-refundable due to scheduling commitments.

If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed.

Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

•All downloadable products are non-refundable.

•Once purchased, digital content cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

3.Service Completion & Client Expectations

•This service is booked online but delivered in person at your home.

•Services are considered fully completed on the booked date and time.

•Our staff will arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled session to ensure a smooth start.

•Surveys and information must be completed before the session to ensure we have a full awareness of the needs of each household.

•Sessions are currently only available in Dubai.

•Parental support and involvement are required during the session.

•We encourage families to discuss digital safety, screen time, and restrictions with their children before and after the session to ensure a smooth transition.

•Our goal is to help families establish long-term digital vision and values at home. Maintaining screen time agreements requires ongoing parental commitment.

•We offer follow-up services for adjustments, as children’s digital needs evolve over time.

4.Rescheduling & Service Adjustments

 •Clients may request to reschedule their session at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

•If a reschedule is requested within 48 hours of the appointment, a 50% rescheduling fee may apply.

•Clients may transfer their booking to another household or participant with at least 3 days’ notice.

 

5.Refund Processing

•Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the request.

•Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

•In cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), cancellations and refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6.Payment Confirmation

•Once a payment is made, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of receipt.

 

6.Policy Updates

•Digitalbridge reserves the right to modify this policy as needed, with updates communicated to clients via our website.
