•Customers may request a refund for digital content within 48 hours of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed or downloaded.
•If the digital content has been accessed, refunds will be granted only in cases of:
•Defective or inaccessible files.
•Errors in content delivery (e.g., incorrect material provided).
•All consultancy services are provided under pre-agreed contracts.
•Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement.
•If a service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will provide options for rescheduling or an applicable refund as per contract terms.
